Never given activation key.

Searched everywhere for activation key. I was able to play for a bit, but is now saying I do not own the game.

If his having the same problem I had, Ubisoft Connect asked for the Activation Code. Closing the window and trying to launch the game again worked for me.

Like Hitman said, restart helps in all Ubi Games with this problem. The activation key from steam is sending after a restart and you can see it in your dlc list.

You don't get an activation key.

You need to log into ubisoft through it's own separate app.
Or restart the game.
But you have to close the ubisoft connect app after closing the game, ubisoft connect that comes with the game remains active when you close the game.
I tried the both methods first, so I don't know if just closing the ubisoft connect from the game will fix the issue, I had to just activate this pc as trusted 2 times for both ubisoft apps.
