You ask here on Steam what do you think the answer is.
Since no console is for me and also no Uplay Connect I hate the client you get unfortunately also forced via Steam but for me there is only Steam in question anyway.

Most stable is bound to be PS5.

I mean, I have no crashes on PC. At all. But that's luck. With the PS5, luck doesn't come into it.

PS5, I regret not getting it for PS5 tbh. Haven't been able to play the game. Have be back and forwards with Ubisoft support since the 19th...

Fsr 3 is good for middle hardware. But when you have a high end system, holy moly is this the way.

have a 12700k and 3090 but for now got a cheaper version on ps5 ($30 new), but will get it on deeper discount here later :)

It's a very good pc version. And you can get it to look potentially so much better than the ps5 version, but the conole version is good too. really depends on your hardware. if you have a gpu better or at least equal to a 2070 super you should get the pc version

It's been stable for me on PC, but more than stability I would say the reason to buy it on PC is control. This is an FPS, and I don't know about you but trying to play an FPS on a pad is like herding cats.

Absolute nonsense, I've been playing my games on the PC almost exclusively with the XBox controller for 15 years and have been using the Elite 2 controller for several months now, and this type of game can be controlled so well with a gamepad that I simply wouldn't want to be without my controller.
