Game is crashing so many times....
nearly 1 year on the market and still such problems...

The default path would be:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\Logs

Your support case will be escalated allowing the appropriate team to investigate your files.

Game is crashing every 5 min now...

first it was very rear to get crash maybe like every 3h one but now i get every 15min a crash with same settings

Me too, it started crashing like every 10min just after the first 2h of play so I can't refund, I have high specs pc, just awful job from ubilol as always.

Hmmm...I've had a few crashes but probably one crash every 10 hours on average I'd say.

Of course have you tried rebooting your computer since this started happening?

Are you running your latest GPU driver? If not update and reboot of course.

Are you getting any error messages when you crash?

In general graphics settings are going to be the most likely culprit/way to fix it.

The two hour thing is not a hard and fast rule. It's just the limit of *automatic* refunds. You can refund over two hours but someone has to approve it. If you don't abuse it they will approve it.

i get crashes after 1 min after launching the game..
pc is pretty good. ryzen 9 + rtx 4070...
cant even start playing... have no idea what to do..

AMD all the way.

yea because ubisoft decided to go on a partnership with amd....

There has to be something else contributing to your crashes. I'm rolling with ryzen 7/4080Super/32GB ram maxed out settings buttery smooth/no hiccups with no crashes so far. As a rule of thumb, if a game has the hated Denuvo DRM it is best practice to reboot machine after installing game to avoid jank with low-level DRM.

nVidia here, never had a crash through 70-80 hours.
