Well, aside from not having plot armor. Though what can anyone do about that really?
The old AVP was a fun game, but they just don't make games like it anymore.
When diplomacy fails, a mans gotta do what a mans gotta do.
Humans: We will save our would by any means necessary.
Aliens: What you want is sacred to us, so war it is.
Some kind of MP with both humans and natives playable might be kinda cool :)
True. I have no desire at all to play as Navi, but exploring Pandora as a human could be awesome.
Not going to happen, unfortunately, though. Not officially as it is not in line with self-hate the franchise is going for. And neither unofficially as Ubi games are not exactly modding friendly - if this was e.g. Bethesda then modders would provide and put the engine and original assets to much better use.
With AC Valhalla and FC6 Ubi has mastered the art of creating awesome environments and populating them with bland and unlikable characters acting in cringe/dull stories (Esposito's dictator being the obvious exception to the rule but even he cannot save the game). Hopefully SW Outlaws will be different (better) but Avatar does not seem to be.
