Game tags and gameplay?

So I'm interested in this game, but have some questions. Looking at the details of the game it sounds like this is going to be some sort of hack and slash skill based extraction game or rogue-lite with base-building (hub). So which one of these games would you compare it to being most like? Hades but in third person, Outward, or Wayfinder? It also talks about gathering loot. If it's skill based what kind of loot and what does it do? The Loot tag is also missing. Is it Open world? Is it Souls like? Do...
