To answer your actual question, at the risk of you getting an attitude about it... Yes, that's normal, but the whole game doesn't look that way, certain areas have more color than others... However you are not on a tropical island vacation, so the color pallete matches the theme. The color is helping to tell the story instead of being there just to make things pretty.
Soooo, how is "my attitude" any different from his "freedom of speech"? It seems that the later only applies to something people agree with. Aaaanyway...Thanks for all the responses. I have advanced further into the game, and it looked at least a bit more colourfull. Bummer theres no option to change that though, since I really could care less about the story and the interiors with colours look sooooo much better
The area you've screenshotted is by far the biggest offender, however that same filter has been over all outside areas I've visted, when you can see the ground you get greens and such, but most of the color is in the interiors.
