Mire of Stench
Let it be known that I loathe this area more than anything I've ever played in a game. Ever.

Lol. But seriously, without spoilers (a simple yes or no) are there any more areas after this that are more annoying when it comes to platforming hell?

Yes, I didn't find the mire that bad...... possibly because I went to the other one first.......

There's an optional area that is platforming hell in its purest form. Thankfully, it's optional. I don't believe you need to go through any other platforming areas though.

And actually it's only bad during the first playthrough. When I first found myself there, I must've spent about an hour figuring this stuff out - during the second playthrough, however, getting through there took me about 10 minutes. So it's not so bad if one takes time to watch and memorize.
