Question on Devotion Rewards

When you turn in the monster trophies for rewards (I don't know if it's different by creed, but for my current devotee of The Three, the reward options are Red Flask, Spiced Mead, Imperial Pitchfire, and Imperial Shockstone), how exactly to the rewards work?

For example, if I pick Red Flask: Does that permanently increase my Red Flask capacity by 1? Does it mean that resting at a sanctuary of The Three gives me +1 Red Flask, but that isn't applicable when resting at sanctuaries of other creeds? Does it just give me a single, one-time-use Red Flask?

What about if I pick Imperial Pitchfire? Do I get a single one-time item, or will resting at a sanctuary (or at a sanctuary only for The Three) henceforth give me +1 Imperial Pitchfire just like it currently refills my Red Flasks?

Reward will give you a permanent red flask or other such permanent item of your choosing, that will come back everytime you rest at your own creed sanctuary.

Whatever one you pick, you will get a single of that item that will auto refill at the Sanctuary indefinitely.

For example, if you get the Imperial Shockstone you will get one every time you rest.

However, that only applies to the sanctuary of your own creed.

What you are thinking is correct.

It will give you an extra red flasks when resting at The Three sanctuaries, but not others.

It gives you one of those consumable items everytime you rest at The Three sanctuaries.
