Ok, so, a little question about creeds and Sanctuaries
All right, first of all I wanted to say that I am 3 hours into this and I am enjoying it a lot so far. I already knew it was that good, but the game has seriously impressed me with the amount of sprites (moves and movesets) and weapons.

So, regarding creeds. I am a follower of Devara's Light. I'm ok with that, I have no plans on moving to another creed, but I've just found a Sanctuary of The Three and it seemingly lets me level up and use my skill tree, even though acording to the wiki, it shouldn't.

Can I actually level up in that sanctuary without gaining Sin or becoming an apostate and the wiki is wrong? And also, what is your favourite creed and why?

Thanks and watch your sodium intake!!

Just dont take the different oath and you will be good to go and level up in other creeds.

When i was a physical damage greatsword wielder, i took the iron ones.

Yes, you can level up in sanctuaries of other Creed. What you can't do is 1)Place offerings/npc 2)Level up devotion of those creeds (so even if you find a shop it will have only basic things).

You only get sin by going apostate or doing desecration.

As for favourite, I played most of the game as the Three. They have two types of weapon buffs and are a solid Creed all around. Devara and Forest have the prettiest backgrounds. Lore wise I am a mage, so I suppoert Fire and Sky. Splendor and Treason have the strongest damage buffs... In short all of them are cool.

Worth noting Devara have the best healing items in the game by far and have access to the widest range of miracles and other wisdom-based stuff.

Also a good note, when you raise your devotion you can get extra items whenever you rest at a shrine of your faith. But if you rest at a different group's shrine you don't get those items... and I -think- you lose the ones you got from the last time you rested at your own shrine, if you still have any. It's been a bit since I tried that.
