Not sure what to do next.
Hello! Okay so I really like this game and have been playing it for a while now but am at a point where I'm not really sure just where to go (or where I SHOULD be going, is more like it).

For brands I have the vertigo, wall jump, and just recently the one that makes your torch turn fog platforms into ones you can stand on.

I've killed the Sodden Knight, Queen of Smiles, The Jester, The church monster in the Dome of the Forgotten (I forget its name, sorry), The Alchemist, The Kraken Golem, and just yesterday the Third Lamb griffon.

I've been trying to go back anywhere I can to look for those torch / hard mist things but so far only found a few. One of them at the bottom RH corner of the Dome of the Forgotten lead me out to a desert and I hopped on a ferry to a new land, where I passed a few things and climbed a giant-♥♥♥ Mayan temple. Past this thing and on the other side I went to The Far Beach area where I finally found another sanctuary, as I didn't find one in that Mayan temple at all.

Now in my travels I did see two of those 'Boss Fight Warning Candles' but didn't go past them as I didn't want to trigger a boss fight as I didn't find the sanctuary first and didn't want to lose 30,000 salt going somewhere i'm not supposed to go. This was all moot though, as I found a secret area in Hager's Cavern that led to a very very dark area with some Cave Keepers and one hell of a tough mofo called a Crypt Keeper (giant-♥♥♥ knight).

So I'm not really sure where I am now, or where to go next. The world is quickly getting very huge however there's no in-game map and am getting lost al the time.

Any tips?

Hmmm, might be onto something. I killed the Bloodless Prince and the way past him sort of ended up in a dead end (though I did get a little farther than normal using that long jump trick to score the +ATK ring and etc.)

I went back to the pyramid and killed that giant skull fire mage boss and got the dart brand (finally, woo hoo!) So now I'll just go back everywhere and see what happens next. :steamsalty:

Go to the Red Hall of Cages (to the left from the Dome of the Forgotten) follow the path down to the boss, the area is like a zig zag. If you reach 3 rotating things with small platforms, right below the first one is a small platform with a fake wall, that leads to a optional area, you need hardlight and redlight brands to get to the boss. After Red Hall do Hagers Cavern, though that area is a bit of a maze if its your first time going there, after that the Mire of Stench (thats where you get the redlight brand). After that take the ladder (not the elevator) down in the Far Beach. Idk if you want to skip areas or not but since you have the dart brand you can go straight to the Far Beach.

I've opened the 2 gates that lead to the boss fight for Haher's Cavern but did not fight the boss yet. I was tied up for awhile before trying to kill that Crypt Keeper near all the Cave Keepers hoping it'll drop something cool. (Did get his ashes so far)

Since you have all the necessary brands, if you just want to farm the crypt keeper, you should look around in the crater between the Red Hall of Cages and the Dome of the Forgotten. There's an entirely optional area hidden there that has a crypt keeper very close to a sanctuary. It's a good idea to unlock that sanctuary and staff it with at least a guide and a leader, just in case you ever need to farm some salt - crypt keepers drop a ton.

As for where you're supposed to go: There's more underneath the pyramid/ziggurat than it seems you found. Past the Bloodless Prince isn't a dead end, as far as I remember.

Crypt Keepers also drop Lords and Kings orders which are end game upgrade mats.
