Report a translation problem
1. equip light armour and a light weapon.
2. raise your Endurance stat so that you can equip heavier armour and/or heavier weapons.
(If you want to sell items anyway because you don't need them, you can do that by talking to a Merchant in a Sanctuary.)
You don't need armor if you can dodge.
that sayed, equipment skills mostly provide a statepoint for the State coupled with them as well, so if you take a point in heavyarmor you get stamina as well.
if you char starts to creep instead of walk you have more equiped weight than your stamina can handle.
I like running around with a dagger and pants, because pants. Either that or maxed endurance so I can fastroll in golem armour while swinging a warhammer.
