Damn, I was using 2h greatswords, focused on strength. I mostly used shrouded bulwark and then jaws of death. What's the name of the sword your referring to? I'll have to target it in NG+.

and is upgradeable to mk 6 right after sodden knight which makes it much stronger early on. cannot say the same for the bulwark until way later into the game. so obelisk is flat out better. has the same special aswell. also doesnt steal you a drowned tome for final upgrade. and twisted heart is used by very few other good weapons.

now for slash damage its jaws of death. no contest here. while the fast hitter on scharfrichter is nice the jaws strong attacks just overpower anything weak to slash. and the jaws is stupidly easy to upgrade aswell. while richter requires the stupid tome.
