Best heavy armor?

Which armor has the highest overall defense?
I just went into newgame+2 with my character who has no magic or prayers and just a lv7 scharfrichter with a full lv7 umbral set...i thought umbral is the best heavy armor
Anyways watching the wiki it seems like some armor sets have more defense in certain aspects so is umbral not the best overall armor?
Weight doesnt matter as i have already spent more into endurance than required and am constantly wearing the great ring which increases rolling speed

The white knight set which you get by giving the bag o dirt to a guy near the watching woods or the tainted armor set which I forgot how I obtained it

Well, umbral set is really best set by the overall defence, but it have very low balance. If you're chasing for balance, then best set for you is titan set, which you can take in the castle of storms behind that door in the room with two skulls and one giant knight. As described in the previous comment, tainted set is quite good too, have less defence, than umbral set, but gives much more balance. Actually, tainted set is somewhere between umbral and titan. And yes, if we started about heavy armor, then also i'll mention golem set, which is sold by the beggar in the castle of storms after defeating the forgotten three. This set also gives quite good defence and balance, nearly the same as the titan set.
