Report a translation problem
So, there are two ways:
1. Go right through the dome, then through the ziggurat, then to the far beach and then to the fort-beyond-the-mire. Going by such route, you'll get most important brands for activating the hardlight and double dash while you're in the air.
2. Go down the red hall of cages. Without enough skill and those two brands this location–especially its boss–will make you shout with the 80% probability, so for the first playthrough i recommend to go by the first route and then return to the red hall of cages.
Back inside the castle, this time try to looking at castle's right side.
You will find a place where you can use wall jump to pull lever to open the next location. (That place have a giant knight, and look like outside castle room)
