Which greatsword is the best between these?

Scharfrichter or Blade of Envy?? For a pure strength build.

Scharfrichter is quite a bit better. Faster, S scaling in strength (Blade of Envy needs substantial dex to stay competitive), and you can wield it in 1 hand for using a torch or a shield.

Chitin Obelisk looks best and has only -1.50 attack points vs Scharfrichter at lvl 6 (50 strenght)
so my favorite so far is Chitin Obelisk, will try blade of envy in a future

Long-term, I believe the Blade of Envy is the most powerful, but only after you have 50 Strength AND 50 Dex. Plus you need a Drowned Tome to upgrade it fully, and you can't one-hand it. And it's a slower swing. But fully upgraded and leveled, it can do almost 50 points more damge than the Scharfrichter.

In short, BoE is more powerful (eventually) in raw damage, but the Schar is easier to use and arguably more flexible.
