PLEASE!!! why is valve allowing this? games that are actually worth a thing get buried under this ♥♥♥♥ing crap!!!!

I played this game many years ago around when it came out and got pretty far on it. I thought it was a great game for the time. Now I am playing it on steam but there is no crosshair on the scope and nothing in the option menu to enable a crosshair. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you for your time....

When I click the jump key the steam make screenshot. My jump key is control, my screenshot key is F12. When I first started game everything was ok but it started to bugging after waterfall in first mission.

Its been on every second bundle for sale and now its free. I bet this game has most number of owners possibly and surely needs to put out cards?
