Can some one plz tell me what i have to do to get the achievement Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 Master.

You need to complete every other Achievement first, then you will get the Master achievement.

It's the Vita version's Platinum Trophy, and the basic rule with those is that all other trophies must be earned to earn the Platinum. Also, I do get tired of seeing such trophy's descriptions being "Earned all other trophies" so I do welcome the change in trophy description.

For the Steam version the same thing applies.

To be honest I thought at first, from the description, it was going to be a timer thing, like play over 100 hours.

Nep, please. That is probably the time you'll be at druing your second or third run if you're doing item grinding and whatnot.
