Dolphin tail?

That would take awhile though, since boss monster drops are rare when harvesting. It is best to just Turn Add Monsters off and farm the dolphins themselves. I have also personally found that the enemy seems to always drop the first item in their drop list if you finish them off with an EXE Skill, as well. It is at LEAST a 99% drop chance doing that to beat them, in my experience, even when the enemy barely drops them with a max level Drop increase Idea Chip AND the plan to increase Drop Rate.

That didn't work. Can collecting those ?'s really affect spawning an enemy? I have Item Harvest AND Add Enemies ON, but the dolphin still won't show up. There's a lot of Plans the Dolphin Tail is needed but can't fiiiiiiiiiind :(

For the Dolphins on MS Mountain, turn Add Enemies OFF to find them, having it on will only spawn the stronger enemies and replacess the dolphins.

I see them running around as I type this actually. I have no plans turned on for this dungeon as of yet. (Also, while we on the subject, how strong should I fight those? They hit like a speeding car)

ah yeah I just realized I've been playing the game mostly with Add Enemies AND Change Items ON, not realizing that I can get different items and enemies with them off. I thought they just added to what was already there and becomes crowded.
