probably because both are from the V universe or something.
i was initially put off with plutia's.. "sudden" change in personality when she changes form, but it sort of grew to me. lol
also, Histoire is more op in terms of dlc characters.
especially since her attacks are mostly magic
Still their lack of defense (Peashy and Plutia) or AOE spells/EXE (Historie) are going to leave them back when you get a decent MAGUS. or even better Uni/Ram/Rom.
Still Neptune is surely the higher damage dealer in the game in the end, also she is the one also her "break damage limit" passive makes her kinda broken in late game (of course she is the main character after all).
In the end, yes they are broken but just until you'll find better, even FALCOM or Tekken deals more damage than Peashy in the end... and that's kinda sad.
I used them for bosses mostly while using my other characters for casual monster grinding.
also i LOVE plutia's HDD form, shes sooooo hawt
Histoire is also pretty strong for her level due to her default equipment when you get her, but other than that she's pretty much balanced with the rest of the cast. I didn't feel anywhere near the same level of crutchyness with her as the with the other two. She was semi responsible for me winning the Polybear fight though, because she was the only one who stayed alive for me to realise they only did Lightning damage, and Noire had all the stone stuff equipped in Goddess Mode so she'd also be invincible.
I haven't even tried using Historie yet. Her an Peashy stay on the bench till they grow up. Which will never happen.
But why don't we get the mature sounding Historie. Sad panda.
Peashy can demolish armor, but seems to be a bit fragile. Plutia is a great healer.
By the way... Peashy Godess form is yummy. And still cute as hell.
Her expressions during her EXE are a riot.
Not sure how you got confuzzled there. There are indeed 4 different ways to achieve Break Damage Limit in this game.
Thanks i was seriously sleepy and stuff , also some grammatical errors but seems no one care so i'm fine with it :x
Yes there's more ways to get the limit break at side for Neptune passive and Nepgear lily rank (wich are hands down the best options in my opinion) like equipping "Histy's Bookmark" or making a Disc with the "FPS" idea chip but this means you have to gave up an ornament and a 5-yellow slot wich can be used for something else, of course this is just my point of view.
Still Neptune can easily get broken without much effort that's why i still see Peashy, Pluta and Histy OP more because of their starting equipment than actual power, wich is good or else this should be called "pay 2 win".
