I "accidentally saw" Neptunia the animation, and at first sight of her, I thought "she looks like goddess material". Well what the hell, she IS a goddess and transforms in to one on the end, and hell indeed for she was sick crazy. She'll makes Iris heart look like a saint when compared to Rei's goddess form. XD

But then her human form is great, really like her character design and somewhat frail character. Would be nice if we can put her in to the team in future Neptunia Re;Birth titles. =)

Its the main antagonist of Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory (or Re Birth 3). Actually its not a playable character (maybe for the next game Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II)

Eh, given everything that happened with her by the end of that game, it'd be easy enough to justify a lower powered playable version in a future title.

makes me wonder if she can even go HDD after that ending.. I mean, would people still have faith in her after that ending? we have seen in a couple games (Blanc in Victory, and all the CPUs in Hyperdevotion Noire) that a sudden loss in faith causes the CPUs to lose their HDD forms until they get more people to have faith in them again..

then again, Peashy retained her HDD long after Eden fell, so perhaps those who become CPUs in the Ultradimension (by eating a CPU Memory) go by different rules than those who were born as CPUs in the Hyperdimension?

Neptune (and Nepgear) were unable to go HDD in the Ultradimension (the Dimension Plutia was from) because the Ultradimension had different rules as to how you become a CPU

in the Hyperdimension (Neptunes home Dimension) you are born a CPU/Goddess
but in the Ultradimension (plutias), to become a CPU you have to eat a rare item known as a "CPU Memory" which will turn you into a CPU..

All of the Ultradimensions CPU's have been directly seen or refernced having ate a CPU Memory prior to getting their powers (with the exception of the Ultradimensions version of Blanc, its never directly said she did, but considering all the others did, its safe to assume so did she)..

this is why, When Neptune first hit the Ultradimension, she teamed up with the Noire from the Ultradimension to try and find a CPU Memory to get her powers back..


Now, in Neptunes Dimension (the Hyperdimension) you are Born as a CPU, the CPU Memory Items do not exist..

Now, Considering Plutia was a CPU when she hit the Hyperdimension, she retained her powers because in the Hyperdimension's rules you either are a CPU, or your not.. but because in the Ultradimension, a CPU must be a Human beforehand, Neptune became bound by the Ultradimensions rules and could not use the abilities of a CPU until she met the Ultradimensions requirements to be one..

Also, while the Ultradimension has its own versions of Blanc, Noire, and Vert, they represent seperate Systems.. Hyperdimension Blanc is the Wii, Ultra is the Famicom. Hyper Noire is the PS3, Ultra Noire is the PS1. Hyper Vert is the XBox 360, Ultra is the Original XBox


Victory II is supposed to deal even more with these alternate dimensions (one of which is apparently supposed to have an Adult version of Neptune) that run by different laws..
