In your steam folder "\steamapps\common\Neptunia Rebirth1\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010" you'll find an 32 ( vcredist_x86 ) and 64 bit ( vcredist_x64 ) installer that will install the missing files.
at least it works for this way
This should fix it.
You could also try WIndows Update after having installed Visual C++ Redistributable 2010. Either way, you'll probably acquire this update in one form or another. xP
First off; those are in german and not in your native OS language. That may cause problems.
Secondly; everything listed there can still be gotten from an official source with official, signed, installation files. I would be very weary of ride-alongs with these kind of packaged installs.
I installed it and the german made no difference to my computer at all, nor anyone else who's installed it.
I already installed it from the official site and it did literally nothing, after hours of trying this was the only thing that fixed it and let me run the game.
