is the best I can do. it *does* vary every so slightly. but it's always offset to the left and a touch down for me. what I did there was just aim and hit z to tag, and you can see it's offset from where my reticule is by quite a bit. gets kinda annoying on anything with a zoom, as very often you have to adjust sideways quite a bit and walk your tag onto an enemy.
Are you sure, the gun is actually shooting at the target mark, when you hold it like that?
Can you make a 1 minute clip demonstrating it?

Edit: Tried both in borderless and fullscreen, no change.

Anyway I've encountered sight offset issues with Scav Girl. It's triggered by alt tabbing and can be resolved by alt tabbing. Is this the bug everyone is experiencing with Bagman or is it something else?
