Clean your Shader Cache after every game patch has been made!

Looks like it prevents most of game crashes.

For AMD Gpu you can do it in Adrenalin App: Go to "Gaming" tab and then "Graphics" on the bottom of the list view you can find "Reset Shader Cache" option.

This is not a shaders cache! Do not delete any files there! You'r game will stop working after that.
