Tips for collecting stars?

There's not really a good way to farm stars quickly, as any game lasting past Chapter 60 will give you Star Decay; however, some playstyles are more likely to earn you stars in large numbers than others.

Aside from winning and having a lot of stars on hand at the end of a match (obviously):
- KO as many opponents and NPCs as possible (10 stars per win)
- Get the boss kill (100 star bonus each time)
- Play an entire match without getting KO'd at all (100 stars)
- Get opponents to trigger a lot of your traps (not sure about the specifics, but gives a lot of stars if you do pull it off. I believe you get 100 stars if you KO an opponent using a trap?)

There are even more boni like Avenger, Misfortune and Card Master, but I'm not sure how exactly you get them.

Also, if you haven't done so yet, give Multiplayer a try (private games with friends are fine). Playing Multiplayer games allows you to level up, giving you shop discounts at certain levels.

clear kai's scenario 1 over and over for achievement. ctrl+ left shift will guarantee high stars per hour

Kai's first campaign is like 1k stars in 5mins, as Tomomo, while holding CTRL+SHIFT. The opponents are Chicken, Seagull and Marie Poppo, on Space Wanderers. You lack the experience for level ups and chances at random drops though.

Play free play by yourself, choose Fernet on the Christmas Miracle map and play on 14x speed, matches take like 4-8 minues and you get around 1000 stars each game if you win.
(Make sure to choose lots of piggybanks and saki cookies.)

Playing single player free play is the best way to grind for stars. You can use Ctrl+Shift to get 18x speed and you're more likely to win since the bots are easier to beat than human players.

If you want fields, you can play campaign mode - they can all be unlocked that way, except for three (White Winter, Night Flight, and Farm)

Yuki is more accessible, so, just use Yuki OP if you don't have Tomomo.
