Tried to buy 4-pack...
Claims I already own the game, wont let me. Is there a problem with doing so?

There shouldn't be. Did you try buying it as a gift or adding the extra games to your inventory?

Says "Your account already owns some of the above items, so you can’t purchase them again. You can purchase these items as a gift or adjust the contents of your cart to continue."

The option to select buy as a gift is greyed out.

That's weird. Something tells me that's a bug in the system. I would suggest buying 4 individual copies of the game, but that's going to cost you twice as much money. I'm not sure what you can do now.

Multi-packs are always off-limits to Steam users who already own the game.

Thus, the error message that you received was not entirely correct.

Because you already own 100% Orange Juice, you simply cannot buy the 4-pack.

If you already own the game, you cannot purchase 4-packs directly.

However, there is a way to purchase it anyway.

1. You must do this using your browser and not your Steam client.
2. Add any game to your cart and "Purchase as Gift" and store it in your Inventory
3. Proceed with the checkout and stop at the Payment Method
4. Open a new tab
5. In the new tab, add the 100% Orange juice 4-pack to your cart and remove the game you added earlier
6. Go back to the first tab and proceed with your checkout.
7. Confirm your transaction and you will receive the 4-pack in your inventory

The 4-pack will be one singular item in your inventory.
A person who already owns the game cannot unpack it.
To unpack it, have a friend unpack it for you and he/she will receive the 3 extra copies.
Have him/her send back the 3 copies to 3 different emails (Steam prevents duplicate gifts in 1 email at a given time)
Or have them send the gift to your other friends.
