I really quite like this character but she's hella uncomfy to play. Dumping her with 6 rec with nothing to help defend yourself was rude. She's vulnerable to bullies and will spend half the game trying to get off the floor because of it.

And for her hyper. Its cheap and a good way to deny other players lategame but it desperately needs to be made more functional. It just being for that one turn in particular is a sore sticking point for me. This is 2024, we should not still be making characters so vulnerable to an unlucky movement roll. The hyper already has negatives in that you're not gaining stars on a character who can't really reliably do win norma's above norma 3 due to spending the game trying to recover instead of landing on encounter panels. I propose instead making the hyper a one instance, 3 turn hyper instead. That way even if you bugger one roll, you can still get something out of it by playing a gentleman's or a dash next turn.

I also would quite like the potential of her +2 wins on her hyper applying to encounters too. Hear me out. Giving Chuu the potential to quickly rank up to norma 2 and norma 3 off wins before transitioning to star norma's is a very valid niche that she's one of the only characters really capable of pulling off. It'd let her get to cards that she needs to supplement her lackluster defensive ability whilst also getting her hyper to the point where its capable of denying other's stars quicker.

She is a worse version of Mio; with additional REC and unlike Mio, is dead asf at 1HP

It would make sense if she had some special effect like healing an Additional point during any Heal, or allowing her to use another card after Hyper, but as she is, she's a tank with no tank stats and no meaningful offensive stats

And her Hyper is pathetic too,
doesn't even make your foe drop their stars into the void,
doesn't even last a full chapter,
and the one-time limit of +2 Wins is a joke considering that since it doesn't last a full chapter, its impossible to kill a second player unless both were on the same tile or they're in the middle of icy tiles,
And since its a Boost card, you cannot make crafty plays with it, like if someone used Party Time or stepped on I Want To See You right before, and you could Hyper and then use Ambush, or even use Gent's Battle
Hell, you can't even use Overtime or Dash, since its a Boost card with no lasting effect

The Hyper denies any clever play ruotes AND its effects outside of the ATK boost go out of their way to completely deny big payouts for actual successful uses

Literally the only clever combo I can think of that the Hyper allows you to do is to use Hyper into Dark Side Business, and even that's not worth sんit if you get a bad move roll
