Card pack info

How do I check if I completed a card pack and is there a way to see which cards I have without starting a match?

After you obtain 9 instances of every card from a card pack, it will show as "sold out" in the shop.

To see your collection, go to the main menu > player info > binder

it won't really tell me where the cards belong to, do I really have to check it one by one by myself?

It's a little more clear if you're missing anything in the "Collection" tab below the "Binder". Base and expansion pack are counted together as "Boost Cards", "Battle Cards", "Trap Cards", and "Event Cards", so if you're missing a card there, it's in one of those two packs. Community and DLC packs are easier to tell because each of them has a separate position in the list.

It helps a little that the tiny icon in the bottom left corner marks which pack the card is from. Orange means it's from the base pack, pudding is the expansion pack.
