Hyper is good, though. You can damage the boss to 1 HP (while killing everyone else) and get its stars to yourself or just remove the boss from the game entirely when you're already in the lead. It's mostly good when you're already leading, so maybe cards like Piggy Bank and Lucky Patch could help.
(EDIT: And by that I meant Lucky Charm. Why'd I type "Clover" there? Derp.)
If you're referring to Lucky Charm I can try that, but I'm also kinda hesitant to buy a card pack as a DLC...
She's at a bit of risk against +1 ATK characters, especially when they roll 7 ATK. But that's still a 50/50 from what I've seen if she can batter them down or will just roll low on DEF during an attack. I'd guess that +2 ATK characters would be hard to bully.
Her hyper is a bit situational, but it has a few good situations. It could be used to kill the boss when they're at 6+ HP, along with the other players. Could be used to do the same against a 6HP opponent. Or you could use it just to wipe the field and get a full heal when in the lead. Turning it into Slumber Breaks with less than 4 Waking could also do the same to lower HP characters, although that seems tricky to plan out. You might intentionally transform it at 3 Waking when most of the opponents have 5HP, for instance. I didn't give that one a try.
- Rbits and Shield are definitely good cards for her, since they can help with taking 0 damage and can force the opponent to take damage (or to just not hit back, meaning no star loss).
- Extend is also very good for anybody with 6 REC, although Krila (PJs) might be able to get around it by just not taking damage that frequently. Still, an opponent getting a quick revive isn't too much of a concern for her, so probably best to include it.
- Holy Night seems really good to help with the early star drought, assuming someone plays it. And if you can KO a player or two, or the boss, then you probably don't worry about the minor star gain from other players.
- Metallic Monocoque is a nice gift card if you want to avoid damage outside combat too. I'll let other people test if the star loss on Nanako's Bit is worth using or not.
Other than that, I tried out Oh My Friend (under the idea that she might be able to kill the boss a second time after it's KO'd some other players) and Forced Revive (under the idea that Krila (PJs) can survive battles with 1HP) but I'm not too sure how well they worked out. So I'll let other people voice their opinions on those cards. You might also consider Little War, for two rounds of combat, if she's not taking damage anyway.
I'll agree that healing doesn't seem necessary. Throwing healing cards in the deck just means that opponents will heal up before you can finish killing them. Besides, there's not much difference between 2HP Krila (PJs) and 1HP Krila (PJs) since she'll either die in a single hit or block all the damage, so just tossing in some Cookies is almost counterproductive.
[EDIT] Her hyper can also overheal her, just like regular Krilalaris. This means that if you just fire it off at 4 Waking, it heals over her max up and can put her at 6HP. This makes her nearly impossible to take down outside a lucky shot or out-of-combat damage.
Imagine Krila with poppo's hyper
As for the card pack DLC, I wouldn't buy it just for this card and this character.
