Play through all 4 campaigns and the bonus missions.

Oh lord, the cpu in the campaign always roll perfectly...is there a super ez mode I can do it in to unlock the characters?

Casual does not have rigged rolls, though you may get a string of bad luck.

Hold control to make the game play faster. Hold shift to make it play even faster. Hold both for ludicrous speed. Even if you have only a 25% win rate, it shouldn't take too long to get through them all. You can complete a game in a few minutes.

FYI the early scenarios might be harder in Casual than Normal since the game rigs opponents to roll badly in Normal for the early scenarios.

You unlock characters by beating them in campaign mode.

The final boss is unlocked by winning all the campaigns.

Yup, no, campaign is impossible.

I can understand that you may get frustrated with the AI's rigged dice on Normal and above, but even so, you're not completely at the mercy of the RNG. The opponents you face in each scenario (as well as the cards they bring) stay constant throughout all attempts, as do the map and field events, so you can adjust your own character and deck to gain the biggest advantage possible. It helps that the AI is not only not very smart, but also fairly predictable. If you know what you're doing, you can plausibly have a win rate of over 50% on Normal.
Mind you, that still means that you'll likely lose at least every other game on average, so try not to let it get to you.

If you have already unlocked her, Yuki does very well in almost the entirety of the Singleplayer campaigns. Otherwise, you can't really go wrong with Kai or Marc, although QP may do better than them in the final scenario of each campaign.

unlocking those characters are easy
unlocking tomomo is not

Nope, it's impossible. Feels like grinding in old Final Fantasy games except you never know when you're done.
FYI you can unlock the characters on any difficulty.

Also, no, it's not impossible; it just takes both skill and luck. Skill to make the right choices, and luck for them to work out.

So then it's luck...lol

If others have done the "impossible", there's no reason you shouldn't be able to, right? Just take a break to calm down a bit and then try again with a clear mind.
If you go at it already frustrated, you'll just grow even more frustrated.

And yes, you do need some luck. As a game of dice, while it does involve some amount of strategy, it's fundamentally based on luck by definition. What exactly did you expect?
You may sometimes lose a match even if you make perfect strategic choices throughout, simply because the RNG hates your guts, and likewise you can sometimes snatch victory from the jaws of defeat if you just get that one lucky kill.
As there are four players in each match, if you win more than 1 out of 4 matches, that's actually a sign you're doing well.

Yeah it's a grindfest :l

Or a wonderful opportunity to learn how to best game the system to swing the odds in your favor, which besides abusing the AI's questionable choices, absolutely passes over into the multiplayer.
