Hold control to make the game play faster. Hold shift to make it play even faster. Hold both for ludicrous speed. Even if you have only a 25% win rate, it shouldn't take too long to get through them all. You can complete a game in a few minutes.
The final boss is unlocked by winning all the campaigns.
Mind you, that still means that you'll likely lose at least every other game on average, so try not to let it get to you.
If you have already unlocked her, Yuki does very well in almost the entirety of the Singleplayer campaigns. Otherwise, you can't really go wrong with Kai or Marc, although QP may do better than them in the final scenario of each campaign.

Also, no, it's not impossible; it just takes both skill and luck. Skill to make the right choices, and luck for them to work out.

If you go at it already frustrated, you'll just grow even more frustrated.
And yes, you do need some luck. As a game of dice, while it does involve some amount of strategy, it's fundamentally based on luck by definition. What exactly did you expect?
You may sometimes lose a match even if you make perfect strategic choices throughout, simply because the RNG hates your guts, and likewise you can sometimes snatch victory from the jaws of defeat if you just get that one lucky kill.
As there are four players in each match, if you win more than 1 out of 4 matches, that's actually a sign you're doing well.
