About Mimyuu (Jailbird)
Will she ever be rebalanced?
Her stat line of +1 on Attack and Evade with Neutral Defense doesn't seem fair at all along with the 4 on recovery she has which makes her get up quick.
Her only drawback is her passive where she gets sent back to her home whenever she gets KO'd which isn't all too bad of a drawback as it prevents her from getting repeatedly KO'd the moment she gets back up.
Couple that with her hyper that gives her double movement dice with immunity against Battle Challenges, Boost Cards that can target other players, Trap cards and Instant KO effects.
All of this just seems unbalanced. I don't like it and other people might agree too.

Mimyuu (Jailbird) used to be even more OP when the DLC with her was first released, with her having 5 HP and her Hyper not costing any stars at all. So, she's definitely more fair than she was initially.

Yeah, I remember Mimyuu (Jailbird) being even more annoying to deal with a couple months ago. It can even be seen on the character trailer.

I'd say shes more balanced now. Far more than ever before.

There's a metric used for measuring how many times a character has won, globally, across all of normal mode (other modes not tracked.) in a given span of time, usually a month, called winrates. When Jailbird Mimyuu was first released, in the span of a single month, she achieved a staggering 42.75% winrate, which is considered far beyond acceptable. That, and a lot of people were requesting a strong nerf. The only nerf that worked effectively was reducing HP by a single point, and that was enough to bring her winrate, as of last month, down to 29.61%.

If anything the latest character (there have been many in the later lines of released DLCs) that should get a nerf is Hero Kai. His statline his fine but getting his hyper early pretty much means he becomes god for 3 turns. Having such an incredibly strong and comparatively cheap hyper on an already good statline is borderline ludicrous. You could compare it to Nath's and Maynie's hypers, except for either losing all your stars in exchange for stats or working up to a powerful transformation over the course of the entire match, you just use it and obliterate.

Where do you get these numbers from?

I've often been wondering if Kai (Hero) and Hyper Ellie accidentally had their intended Hyper costs swapped. Because, Kai (Hero)'s Hyper cost varies with his level, but gives a fixed stat boost for a fixed duration. Meanwhile, Hyper Ellie's Hyper always costs a fixed 40 stars, but the stat gains it provides depend on what level she is.
