If I end up playing her I mainly use chains to hunt down squishy characters late game like Aru or Suguri. They sure don't want to fight with their evade stat gimped. Plus getting another turn is a good way to catch up to your prey thanks to the -1 movement.
I personally prefer Hime over Sora because she's capable of widespread shenanigans that affects all players.
i wouldnt really play hime unless you really like her, and even if you do its probably better to grab hime-moonlight who is far more interesting and plays more like kae. the same things hime does can basically be accomplished better by Sham running Big Magnum. she's not *garbage,* but she's not very interesting, there arent very many good decks you can run on her, and she's not very good.
Do you consider Mio (Festive) a base character?
