Healing is important. You can't really attack people as Sherry if you're low on health, even if your target also is, so you'll probably want Pudding and/or Dinner.
Don't include +Atk cards or Accel Hyper. They'll just be used against you.
Wanted normally is very unreliable, but since Sherry can pick a fight basically whenever she wants to, it's worth considering to help with getting wins.
Gentleman's Battle is also nice to pick a fight with only a specific target, although Sherry doesn't really have a particularly good way of killing a full HP target unless you get a really good roll or it's Suguri.
You might want to try sneaking in a second or even a third Wanted for your purposes, though, to increase the odds of it actually coming into play and hitting someone.
This achievement is mostly a luck based, so you'll have to make quite a number of attempts, especially in the multiplayer. Final Battle MIGHT be good against specific characters, although you'd probably be at disadvantage with it.
As Shade stated, her hyper does help, so you might consider waiting for rare instances where you're at full HP while (some of) the other players are barely alive – but don't go out of your way to KO 3 players at once, though.
If decks were bigger than 10 cards, I might have suggested Invasion in addition to the other cards, but as it stands other, generally better cards are already enough to adequately fill a 10 card deck.
