Sherry wins norma deck
So since someone thought it wasn't a bad idea to make Sherry win by win normas 3 times for an achivement I need advice on what to put in deck.

Just a few notes, I'm trying to get the achivements without resorting to casual campaign (I might need to go to that for Kiriko's stupidity though) and Accel Hyper wil never work for me. Every other card is available though.

Whimsical Windmill is great if you can pick your battles. Shield Counter, Tactical Retreat, Shield, and to some extent Rainbow-Colored-Circle and Quick Restoration all help with that (as well as just generally being great cards for Sherry).
Healing is important. You can't really attack people as Sherry if you're low on health, even if your target also is, so you'll probably want Pudding and/or Dinner.
Don't include +Atk cards or Accel Hyper. They'll just be used against you.

Wanted normally is very unreliable, but since Sherry can pick a fight basically whenever she wants to, it's worth considering to help with getting wins.
Gentleman's Battle is also nice to pick a fight with only a specific target, although Sherry doesn't really have a particularly good way of killing a full HP target unless you get a really good roll or it's Suguri.

I see, any reccomendations on the amounts of each card I should bring? For example 4 fight ender cards, 2 damage avoidance cards (Rainbow and Restoration), 3 healing cards, and 1 wanted?

Whatever works for you.
You might want to try sneaking in a second or even a third Wanted for your purposes, though, to increase the odds of it actually coming into play and hitting someone.

Well, since it's wins norma we're talking about, Piyopiyo Procession immediately comes to mind. Other than that... You might consider bringing Out of Ammo to force both you and your opponent to rely on the stats alone. Maybe also cards like Flip Out, Scary Solicitation and Unlucky Charm if you want to slow stars-farmers down just a tiny bit, but, honestly, they won't help that much.

This achievement is mostly a luck based, so you'll have to make quite a number of attempts, especially in the multiplayer. Final Battle MIGHT be good against specific characters, although you'd probably be at disadvantage with it.
As Shade stated, her hyper does help, so you might consider waiting for rare instances where you're at full HP while (some of) the other players are barely alive – but don't go out of your way to KO 3 players at once, though.

One card that I'm surprised it wasn't mention is Invasion, since it effectively is a regular battle for Sherry. Try to bring 3 of these for increasing your odds of being played.

That's because while it's better for Sherry than for most other characters, it's still not a very good card. :P

But that's effectively a regular battle for Sherry. Why NOT use it on her?

Because other cards are just more useful, generally (although your mileage may vary, of course - I'm not a big fan of traps in general because they're just so unreliable). Cards like Shield, Shield Counter and Tactical Retreat also fulfill the requirement of being more useful to Sherry than to other characters while also being a lot more useful in general, as do Rainbow-Colored Circle and Quick Restoration to a lesser extent (they combo really nicely with her hyper in particular).
If decks were bigger than 10 cards, I might have suggested Invasion in addition to the other cards, but as it stands other, generally better cards are already enough to adequately fill a 10 card deck.

My deck for aggro Sherry is Shield Counter, Passionate Research, Nice Present, 3 Invasions, Piyopiyo Procession, 2 Rainblow Colored Circle and Extend. Fairly effective When going for wins.
