in fact i'll do the latter for you, since i agree.
I had an idea awhile ago for pins myself. What if you earned some pins through completing character's achievements (or alternatively spending oranges on them)? For example, if you completed all of X's campaign on Extreme, you'd earn a pin related to them, such as a melon or Earth for Suguri, Red Barrel for Marc, Pudding for QP, Kai's wallet, etc.
or, with the route of DLCs and achievements, completing every achievement related to a character would unlock their character pin. Earning "Bit by Bit," "Fully Deployed," and "Orders are Absolute!" with Nanako would award a Bit as their pin. Completing Tomomo Hell would award a Red Bean Ice Cream, etc.
FRB characters would get their planes as a pin, Suguri and Sora characters would get pins related to them or the equipment they use. So on and so forth.
we need this
The pins should be limited to special occasions, people who won/got honorable mentions in the card pack art contest, got a featured workshop mod or won an official tournament if there would ever be one.
People are freaking out about pins because no one has them, but once everyone has them they no longer have much meaning.
At least make them hard to obtain (earn X amount of online wins or something), if it has to be introduced.
"We already have so many avatar and plate customization options..."
Okay? And as I stated previously this is a huge motivator for me and other players to play the game more, so why are you so strongly against adding more?
Some of you really need to read things all the way through and stop skimming and replying based on whatever negative ideas or impressions you got from what you read or think you read.
For everyone else, thanks for commenting and contributing
I agree. The idea of an unique and exclusive item awarded for doing more than simply playing the game is something I really like to see in games, and wish it existed in 100% OJ.
I think it is less about something special but actually a way to identify staff in the game so they don't become easily impersonated.
Agree, and In addition to that, I think people who made significant contribution to the wiki can also be awarded such a thing.
Do you understand now? Sorry you took that so personally but there is no reason to be petty about it and keep bringing it up. Let it go.
