I'm thinking of buying a DLC. Which female character is the best?

If you're looking for Pay2win, My choice would be Kyuko.
She is durable, Not many characters aside Poppo can steal her stars.

If you want the cutest DLC characters, Nico, Miusaki, Natsumi, and Krila are the ones I like the most. I also have a fondness for Sweet Breaker's disregard for existence. Kae would be a top tier hottie but they made her art so bad in this game :sigh:

In terms of OP females, Kyoko, Mixed Poppo, Sora Military, Ceoreparque, Sham, and sorta Sherry.

Nath if you want pay to win. If you just want waifu stuff then Sham, Natsumi, Military Sora, and Ceoreparque is worth checking out. On base characters, voice pack for Suguri and Hime is S-tier, and really pleases the ears.

There is no such thing like pay to win in this game, even best character with best stats or hyper have a chance to lose if you roll low

Just buy card pack first,get all of them then buy your favorite characters

If you want to make people hate you, get the Breaker pack. Also comes with two campaigns that each unlock one of the best-designed maps in the game.

Saki is the only character for whom you can quote Morshu every time she lays a trap.

Sweet Breaker is the only character with whom you can truly claim to you have developed a taste for...free form jazz. (I think.)

Kae and Kyoko are the only two characters to have dragon costumes.

Nath is the only character to have both a shark costume and a hot dog costume.
On the other hand, Nanako is the only character to have a banana costume.

Nanako is also the only character (I think) who will scold anyone who takes too long to take their turn.

Nico is the only character who can regularly access other characters' hyper cards.

If you like littering, Krila and Yuki (Dangerous) are options. If you like littering things AND being mean, Star Breaker is an option.

If you want to look like you have a mini-mech attached to you, Nath and Sweet Breaker can do that.

If you want to always guarantee survival of one hit from a boss when at full HP, no questions asked, Miusaki is your choice.

If you like forcing everyone else to fight you, Sherry is your pick.

If you have bad hair days, Ceoreparque does too.

If you feel lazy, Tomomo (Casual) will surely understand. If you want to have a magical girl transformation, Tomomo (Casual) will also indulge you.

If you hate rolling to revive, consider the Waruda sisters, Tomato and Mimyuu.

If you abuse medications for fun and profit, Kiriko may be able to help. If you need discount healthcare, Kiriko is also an option. However if you experience side effects lasting more than four hours, do not call Kiriko.

If you tend to mistake guys for girls, consider playing Kyousuke.

If the idea of being a shortie ninja appeals to you, pick Tsih.

If the idea of being an indie game dev appeals to you, pick Syura.

If the idea of getting married to a military man appeals to you, pick Alte.
