Shouldn't the pudding traps you pick from the deck with her hyper turn into Tragedy in Dead of Night?
Yes, I know that technically you don't really draw them from the deck as you don't even see what trap you're setting. It's more of a hypothetical question, a proposal, if you like.

On the other hand, it does say "Draw" when you use Evil Mastermind that way.

Only cards held in Yuki-D's hand are turned into Tragedy. Since the card drawn by Evil Mastermind is immediately placed, it remains as Bad/Dangerous Pudding. (Incidentally, this is the only way for Yuki-D to place a Bad/Dangerous Pudding on the board.)

Agree with this, it would really buff her near-useless hyper and is consistent with the card text.
