Need Deck Advice? (Kiriko, Bosses, enemies... everything)
I am very clueless about how to build a deck around many characters, but in two characters cases I don't even know how to play them properly.

Those two are Tomato&Mimyuu and Kiriko.

Here is my deck list for Tomato&Mimyuu:
Nice Present
Princess' Privilege
Scary Solicitation
Play of the Gods
2x Dash
2x Party Time
2x Ambush

My thought process:
Hope to get Mimyuu's Hyper with either Play of the Gods or draw
After setting up, turn into Tomato and get Warudas
Kill people who are leading late game / about to norma / to get star lead
Keep a copy to revenge kill as Tomato if Mimyuu
Force an encounter with Dash or Party Time, or Ambush
All these situational cards = more cards in hand opponent keeps for Waruda
???
Win?

Then there's Kiriko. I don't even know what Kiriko is supposed to do with those stats and passive. Her Hyper seems nice, so I thought "okay lets make this an early game, no battle card, hyper dependent deck".

List:
Nice Present
Passionate Research
Scary Solicitation
Play of the Gods
3x Out of Ammo
3x Piggy Bank

Play of the Gods could pull Out of Ammo and take my Hyper directly out of my hand for an opponent, so this is questionable.

I don't even know what to do with Kiriko man, I just assume I try to win as early as possible and only use Battle Cards for long-term winning position or something.

Lastly, should I be using Gift cards on Store Manager?
Should I use Piggy Banks on Chicken?
Example of a NoName deck?

These are must-haves on Kiriko imo

Bring 3x Forced Revival, Play of the Gods and Sealed Guardian.

All of these to try and get the most out of your Hyper. Maybe throw in Passionate Research and Nice Present too.

This is all my opinion tho, so take it with a grain of salt. :superior:

Get em Forced Revives and Sealed Guardian. Also stock up on battle cards too.

Your Tomimyuu deck is actually already nice.
I don't suggest using Piggy Bank though
For Kiriko just put all those 1 HP cards and don't add a single heal card. Would be nice to also put evd cards.
I'll post my decks for both of them later.

Just checked and my usual deck with Kiriko is:

3x Forced Revival
Extend
Sealed Guardian
PotG
Nice Present
Passionate Research
2x Presidents Privilege

Usually works for me, maybe swap one of the Presidents for a Final Battle, since your high HP plus extra stats from passive might get you a win against an important target late-game.

Kiriko is not a battle character despite the "+1 ATK and EVD" passive. She's more of a defensive-passive star gatherer character due to her high HP and being unable to heal. Some cards I recommend:
Lonely Chariot can be combo'd into Final Surgery.
Sealed Guardian allows you to literally snipe everyone with Final Surgery.
Forced Revival - if someone uses that, you get a free Final Surgery target.
Play of the Gods will only allow to pull Final Surgery if someone's at 1 HP, I think it's safe to bring it, you're going to bring this many event cards.

NoName:
Oh My Friend allows you to summon a boss without wasting one of your hypers.
Windy Enchantment so that he won't have trouble navigating when he's in pot form.
Countermeasure cards like Reverse Attribute Field, Shield, Shield Counter should help you when you're in pot form.

Well, since it is the only type of cards he can use, it sounds obvious. Scrambled Eve and Windy Enchantment are few of his go-to cards along with Tragedy in the Dead of Night (since no one would ever play Flamethrower or Bad Pudding if he's present) and maybe Dinner.

Chicken benifits from the additional stars and sometimes can be quite hard to stop if she's (Haruo was a girl, no?) in the lead. Her hyper is Trap card too, so bringing additional Traps is a good idea, since it would make others guess.

Here's my deck for NoName (take it with a grain of salt, though):
  • Nice Present
  • Passionate Research, Oh My Friend – 'nuff said
  • Play of the Gods – to bring Oh My Friend and hypers (if other players use it) into play
  • Reverse Attribute Field
  • Cloud of Seagulls – can potentially KO you when you're in the Pot form, but taking several of them is risky (now that his Pot mechanics was slightly changed), just one would suffice.
  • 2x Dinner – NoName is quite often at low HP (especially after switching from the Pot form back to the "human" one), plus it's a nice Play of the Gods filler.
  • President's Privilege – summoning the demon bossu is expensive
  • Extend – because reviving is a pain (trust me, you'll NEED this card)

Tomato&Mimyuu benefit greatly with draw cards like Passionate Research and Nice Present due to how their hypers work (Since, if somebody else uses them they may draw your bombs, while you drawing them does not hurt you)

I don't get why Passionate Research for Tomato&Mimyuu. Isn't giving Passionate Research a means to scout out mines for the opponents? And Tomato can't draw mines with it to get Waruda, only scout for mines to aim for draw panels. Is it worth bringing overall?

Why Cloud of Seagulls over Ambush? I would think Tomato&Mimyuu are THE best character in the game to run Ambush since they revive on the opponent that killed them. I also don't see how Cloud of Seagulls doesn't make Tomato&Mimyuu less threatening with 3>1HP, not more. Since Tomato dies for full star loss, losing 2 HP on Tomato seems like the opposite of what you'd want.

Mimyuu's bombs count as "Hyper Cards" (even though they aren't 'blank' hypers), so Passionate Research actually DOES draw them.

run final battle on kiriko because there aren't that many people that can survive an 8hp +1/-1/+1 onslaught and it's nice for lategame when you need to win

still don't recklessly throw yourself into battle all the time though
Mille Marteaux Oct 28, 2017 @ 12:56am
big magnum is fun on kiriko if you're into that
risbolla Oct 28, 2017 @ 1:41am
don't bother with force revive. even if you have it it costs too many stars to be worth playing unless somehow everyone else than you are KO. no one else is going to play it when kiriko is in the lobby unless you are playing against low IQ pubbies. the only event card you should deck is sealed guardian. other event cards will interfer with sealed guardian being picked by play of the gods

Cloud of Seagulls for Tactical Suicide, in cases where you're at least 1 hp down, it's a last ditch effort to either kill the chaser, weaken them, or kill yourself. Ambush is Expensive but I can see it working... maybe I'll add that to my Tomimyuu deck. Also PR draws Mimyuu Bombs.
