How does Holy Night work?

It says it's an Event, but doesn't go in the event section. Is it for everyone, or just you, and does it last for one round? It also says max 1, but does that mean max 1 per person while active?

It shows up in the list of active effects when you hover over the central deck after clicking Info on your turn (next to Move and Card).

It permanently increases everyone's star gain by 1 every chapter, and stacks with itself.

Max 1 means you can only include 1 Holy Night in your deck. As for the effect, it is permanent and affects all players. So, typically the start of chapter bonus stars start at 1 and increase by 1 every 5th chapter (so they become 2 at chapter 5, 3 at chapter 10, 4 at chapter 15, ect), but Holy Night adds one additional star for the rest of the game (Chapters 2-4 give 2 stars after Holy Night is used, Chapters 5-9 would give 3, chapters 10-14 would give 4, and so on and so forth.

Holy Night is an event card that can be played that affects all players. All players will permanetely recieve +1 Stars at the start of every turn, cumulative to the normal bonus. Holy Night can be played multiple times by the same or different people for more cumulative bonuses, but is limited in that only 1 can be selected in deck selection per person (any max 1 card means this)
