A very fun Exit 8/Observation Duty-style game with some neat twists. There are potentially multiple anomalies per floor and you have to find them all, but you're only looking for changing in certain objects like pictures or doors - which means that the game goes absolutely nuts trying to distract you and put you off!

It's only in Early Access right now but it has lots of promise, with plenty of room for expansion. The Mickey Mouse hands are a neat touch, too.
