Protected Matchmaking for first few profile levels

I really think this should be a thing because fully leveled stuff is a night and day difference to what you start with. It's not really fun getting thrown into matches where level 8 and 9 people are getting curbstomped by almost maxed... or at least make it so the match maker balances the teams out more level wise. My last match not a single person on the top enemy squad was under level 20 and my hole squad plus a lot of the other squads on the team I was on consisted of 8, 9, and 10's.

Sure you can still get the drop on people and get them but it's hard to sneak up on an almost maxed jack and not get shot in the face. I'm gonna stop playing for the night because I was getting bored of being new and getting stomped into the dirt anyway but I probably would've played a few more had the game not crashed in the middle of a match just now.

It's a two edged sword. To make that happen, new players have to play with bots only. Then you get people complaining about bots even more. The community is too small as-is to even do what you ask. New players will never get a match because there isn't enough low level players.

If it helps, it doesn't take too long to get a character to pro 1. By pro 2 you have enough to max two talent bars, which is pretty huge.
