are you joking devs? or are we the punchline of this horrible decision?
necessary evil my ass, if they want aa others use it, i dont ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wanna it. why i am being FORCED TO USE IT ON A PC GAME? THEY DONT EVEN LET US MOD THAT ♥♥♥♥ OUT.
now you see why i was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ non stop on the lobby too.
also what part of "not everyone likes it" you also didnt got man...
i dont give a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ about AA i legitemally prefer the game with just FXAA or literally nothing.
why? exactly what you said shimmering. small movements are more noticeable on distances instead of the enemies getting the upper hand on far away locations SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE RUNNING THE GAME ON LOWER RESOLUTION you would be able to notice those 4 pixels actually moving instead of getting so blurred they look like part of the plants.
msaa is good but heavy, but my point is more that i legitemally cannot play this game much due to the over blurring of itself, i use prescription glasses and my eyes get tired and sore quickly when i cannot focus on what i am looking at, i gave up on throne and liberty for the same reason it fatigued my eyes too quickly.
and i will keep repeating, this is a PC GAME GIVE US THE OPTIONS! i cant even take that crap out by force via editing the game files, thats just how horribly forced this thing is on this game.
and dont just say its because of the engine, plenty of other ue5 games you can force that crap out via file editing.
i dont know you, but i legitemally play with my monitor at arms lenght, its literally my arm length away - my hand size, thats how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ close i am to my monitor and thats why i despise getting anything blurred on it.
