I can't continue the game, just get this error everytime i try to go on with any save
Also tried to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 F # Runtime 2.0 but it didn't help.

Did the game work before when you started a new game?
Also in which section are you? I may be able to provide a save file which might work.

yes, it did
i'm about to climb out from the destructed tunnel which had to reach me to the Lyambda Station
game crashes every time after applying omnitool to the hatch terminal
