How it triggered for me was when entering the backdoor of Omicron.
When you look down the abyss on that section as you scale across the wreckage your camera will go blurry and static-y.
If you enter the Omicron backdoor and use the omnitool, then face the abyss through the door as it closes and the next section loads, then your camera will be stuck with that motion blur effect when you move the mouse FOREVER.
I ended up going back to a save outside Omicron and making sure i entered it without any possible way to trigger the "ooooh im scared of heights" cam. Fixed the issue right up
♥♥♥♥. Well, at least it wasn't that hard of a place to finish other than the monster you encounter was a pain in the ass. Thanks for the info bud much appreciated!
So i just went with my gut, that because of the "pressure" down in the abyss the vision is more blurry. The second you drain water at your destination, it goes back to normal. So im pretty sure its supposed to be like that.
This issue was solved almost a month ago and no, it wasn't a factor with health, it was a factor with a bug that was and probably still is in the game.
