Blurry vision with mission progress? [SOLVED]
I dont know if anyone has been experiencing this issue or not, but I got to the facility where you first meet Ross, the dude with the deep voice and when i first loaded into the area i noticed my vision had gone blurry. Not to such a serious degree but everytime I moved my mouse it would look like my character was drunk and now i'm at Omnicrom and its still persisting. I thought it was a health related issue but i found it never fixed the issue if i ever fisted one of those blue things. On the ACR lift down Cathrine said something about being pressurized, but this occured above the pressure zone. So, anyone else have this issue regarding vision blur? Or is it just part of a feature that affects your character the farther you progress?

I had this happen to me and the only way to fix it was to load a previous save before the issue occured.
How it triggered for me was when entering the backdoor of Omicron.
When you look down the abyss on that section as you scale across the wreckage your camera will go blurry and static-y.
If you enter the Omicron backdoor and use the omnitool, then face the abyss through the door as it closes and the next section loads, then your camera will be stuck with that motion blur effect when you move the mouse FOREVER.
I ended up going back to a save outside Omicron and making sure i entered it without any possible way to trigger the "ooooh im scared of heights" cam. Fixed the issue right up

♥♥♥♥. Well, at least it wasn't that hard of a place to finish other than the monster you encounter was a pain in the ass. Thanks for the info bud much appreciated!

Fix it by disabling visual distortion effects in options.

I know this says "solved", but no matter how many tries i attempted it did not work. And i would not like to turn effects off in the options.

So i just went with my gut, that because of the "pressure" down in the abyss the vision is more blurry. The second you drain water at your destination, it goes back to normal. So im pretty sure its supposed to be like that.

I just reloaded my save after Mullen told me to do that for that one part. Worked just fine and I didnt have to ♥♥♥♥ with my video options.

Double vision means you are injured, stick your hand im a wau mouth with the cross icon and you will be healed.

This issue was solved almost a month ago and no, it wasn't a factor with health, it was a factor with a bug that was and probably still is in the game.

weird, I'm playing this now and it's still present.. this is not a game feature? I also get a weird box in the upper left corner of the screen ... the flashlight light can get through it... disabling options does nothing
