So, I'm at Omicron trying to get some something in this room so I can get that power suit but theres this mostly stationary woman monster standing in the way and every time I try to get near she just yells at me to get away, and like the subby ♥♥♥♥♥ I am I do as she says :C so now I'm just stuck here staring and waiting for something that never comes :|

just go near her and throw something at her that's what i did then run away she only follows you if she has seen you, and it's scary

Go around her, taking it in short burts. When she becomes aware, stop and wait for her to calm down then move again.

I just stayed crouched and kept moving to where the power pack is in the wall, stopping whenever she started to get agitated. She went back to crying again each time then I moved a bit more, rinse and repeat. After I finally did get the power pack and started to move away, I moved a bit too much at once then had to stand up and run away but she didn't chase me for long so I got out of there without being hit.

Yeah, you can red-light, green-light her, or throw a few things at her face untill she runs at you, then just spring around a corner and sneak the rest of the way around.
