'It' was clearly a reference to the diving suit, and you're drawing way more attention to a purely innocent explanation than what is needed. The game is also heavy handed enough that even stating that the diving suit has structural gel on it is subtle in comparison. Chill.
He asked what they were and I explained. They're WAU clusters. There is tangible logic behind why they heal you (the suit you're wearing is being repaired), which I explained without being so melodramatic that I inadvertently spoiled major plot points. You're doing more harm than good.
You're the one over-reacting. Nickles's explanation was detailed enough that it doesn't contain any spoiler. As you can see, I don't even own the game, and I'm fine with his way of describing / explanation.
You need to unjam that stick from your body and move on.
