Graphics options for Reflections and Refractions dont seem to be working.

I have some performance isues with the game so I lowered the setting and noticed that these two options dont seem to change anything. I still get the same reflections on the floor when they are on or off. Also most peformance problems outside of the obvious streaming in of parts of the levels are in areas with multiple light sources.
