Really long.
Took me 13 hours to beat it and I was not reading every note or document... heard it can take up to 17 hours if you're planning to find everything. I'm really impressed by its length.

Either these people are using walkthroughs or asked running like crazy and not enjoying the game, but I've actually been playing the game, and I'm on the final section and I'm 23 hours in. It's a game about atmosphere and developing back story. If you're not listening to all the audio files or treating the logs, why are you playing? It's not an action game, and the puzzles are easy. Take it in and enjoy 25+ hours.

I checked every corner, and read all lore what i find. it took 13+ hours. I think u can speedrun it for 5-7 hours.

Depends on how fast you play. First playthrough took me 15 hours. I was playing slowly. Second playthough at around 9 hours. Last playthrough to find everything 6 hours.

Despite many people claiming to reach 25 hours on a single playthroug, that is simply not going to be the case for ~90% of the people playing. The only possible way to hit 25 hours would be to afk several times while playing, and to go Extremely slowly. Most likely you will reach around 13-15 hours for your first playthrough.

The game is a bit of a maze and the proxys are sometimes a pain to get past. Unless you are playing with walkthrus and not looking at anything, 13 hours seems very short. I'm at 25 hours so far and I'm just got to Phi.

I took my time looking thorugh stuffs and exploring. I'd say it depends. If you're going to rush through it then it will probably take you around 7 hours. If you're going to play it normally, maybe 8-9. I did a mixture but still listend to most of the optional stuff so whatever my playtime tells you if how long it will probably take (maybe take away 2 hours though)

14hrs in one session, with reading and listening to everything I could find and exhausting every conversation I could, and that was with picking up and opening everything I could get my hands on. Then again, in some of the monster-rich areas or those with time limits (like the ship) I may have missed some optional rooms (though not all - I hid in a few and read everything I could while in there).

4.8hrs seems like you missed quite a bit - probably optional areas had items you never saw. I struggle to think that there's actually 25 hours of content in there, unless a) I missed whole sections of bases, or b) you read slowly.
