If you're into puzzle games (so not horror), The Talos Principle tackles a lot of the same themes about consciousness and AI. Some of the puzzles (especially in the DLC) are very difficult, I had to use a walkthrough at one or two points and I just hate doing that. But I loved the game and finally figuring out a puzzle you've been stuck on for a while is great.

If you enjoyed SOMA for its story themes and well crafted horror, I strongly recommend the game "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice".
It has some combat in, but it's not the focus of the game.
