how to get to the comm center

This robet keep killing me and I even went out of the contral room for a path. Borh doors are locked. What I'm I missing?

Do you mean the com center in Upsilon? (I actually have not finished the game yet so I'm not sure if there could be another one later you're refering to)

Basically you need to restore power to the door. As far as I know there are 3 ways to do so, but if you're getting killed by the Mockingbird that means you've discovered at least 1 of those ways. The piece to the puzzle you're missing is that you need to activate the door once power is available. Log into one of the computers (the one closest to the conveyor belt room) using ether Amy or Carl's Id's and go to the power management section. Push the button to give it power then pull the lever at the bottom of the stairs and you should be good to go.

How do I get an id card tho?

Look for dead bodies or lockers they might be in.
