Power Switch puzzle outside Omicron

I'm in the little building outside Omicron and I'm trying to fix the power outage with the switches. What exactly am I even trying to do with these switches? They all keep going out, and I have to start all over.

I assume you mean the little panel with a ton of lights, of which some light up, some break.

What you are supposed to do is carry the electricity on the shortest possible way to the bottom right corner of the panel.
